No proprietary hardware is needed. The admin console works on any PC, laptop, or tablet. The driver application runs smoothly even on entry-level Android devices. For SMS notifications, no additional equipment or GSM modem is needed.

What happens to my business data if I decide to leave?

Your data belongs exclusively to your business. You can export operations and customer records to CSV at any time. We also provide full database exports upon request.

How long does onboarding and setup take?

Setup typically starts with a brief introductory call. We configure your workspace, import your price list, and guide your team on real orders. Most businesses start processing live orders within 1 to 2 days.

Is the interface really multilingual?

Yes. The entire application is available in English, Russian, and Tajik. Each team member can independently pick their preferred language with one click. Automated customer SMS messages are sent in the appropriate language.

Is there a trial or pilot period?
