Why is it better than a notebook and Excel?
A notebook or Excel won't show where an item is right now, how much cash a driver should hand in, or which order is running late. Darkhost shows it immediately, and every operation is logged.
Does it suit a laundry or carpet cleaning business?
Yes. The price list is set up for your services — clothing, carpets, upholstered furniture, textiles — with units in pieces, square metres or kilograms.
What language is the interface in?
Russian and Tajik, set per employee. Customer SMS are sent in the right language too.
