Account Deletion
You can delete your Darkhost account directly inside the app in three taps. Details on what happens to your data are outlined below.
How to delete — inside the app
Account deletion is available to any employee for their own profile. Contacting support is not required.
- Open the Darkhost mobile app and sign in.
- Navigate to «Settings» via the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll to the «Account» section, tap «Delete account», and confirm.
What is deleted immediately
Access is revoked at the moment of confirmation. Account recovery is not possible — employers must issue a new account if needed.
- Mobile app login using your registered phone number.
- Fast-login PIN code, including offline authentication tokens.
- Device associations across all hardware where you signed in.
- All active sessions — you will be signed out on all devices.
What is retained by the business
Customer orders, payment records, garment condition photos, and historical audit entries remain in the laundry's workspace. These are business records required for customer accountability and tax reporting. You will no longer appear in active staff rosters.
If you cannot delete the account
A sole business owner cannot self-delete until appointing an alternate owner to avoid an orphaned workspace. In other circumstances, email info@darkhost.tj from your registered phone number/email, and our support will process deletion within three business days.
